Energy is the driving force behind everything we do—it fuels our actions, decisions, and achievements. When your energy is high, challenges feel manageable and goals seem within reach. When it’s low, even small tasks can feel overwhelming.

This Week, Focus on Your Energy

Identify Your IPAs (Impact Producing Activities): No, not the beer! These are the activities that energize you and move you closer to your goals. Be aware of these and intentionally make them a priority.

Minimize Your EPAs (Energy Pulling Activities): What drains you? Stay aware of when these sneak in, and set boundaries or delegate when possible.

Replenish Your Energy Daily: Be intentional about recharging. Prioritize sleep, movement, nutrition, gratitude, and moments that bring you joy. Being mindful ensures you’re focusing on IPAs (the impactful ones, not the hoppy kind) over EPAs.

Check In with Yourself: How are you showing up energetically? Are you bringing the energy you want to your work, relationships, and goals? Small shifts in where you focus your energy can lead to big changes in how you feel and perform.

Remember, energy isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters. When you manage your energy, everything else falls into place.
