As a Certified Mental Performance Coach, former college athlete, high school coach, and educator with a Master's Degree in Education, I bring a unique blend of experience and expertise to help individuals and teams achieve their peak performance. With over 10 years of daily meditation practice and a strong background in sales and entrepreneurship, I understand what it takes to thrive under pressure and navigate both success and struggle.
