As a Certified Mental Performance Coach, former college athlete, high school coach, and educator with a Master’s Degree in Education, I bring a unique blend of experience to help individuals and teams reach peak performance.
With over 10 years of daily meditation practice and a background in sales and entrepreneurship, I know what it takes to thrive under pressure and navigate both success and adversity. Having been in the trenches myself, I’ve experienced the transformative power of mindset firsthand.
